Ordering and Payments:
Orders can be received through the mail, via telephone or, as preferred, via email. Telephone sales are available from Monday through Saturday 9-4 p.m. Central time. Acceptable payments include Visa/MasterCard, Cash, Money order, or check (the art will be shipped after your check clears.)

Guarantee:
The product is guaranteed to be an original hand produced art piece. There is a 5 day money back guarantee if you are not satisfied with the product or if the product is received broken. There are no refunds unless the product is returned as is to the mailing address above. All return shipping and handling charges are the responsibility of the buyer. The item and a receipt must be provided in order for a refund to be granted. There are no cash refunds.

Shipping and Handling:
USPS Priority Mail or UPS unless specifically requested by the buyer. Please call for the shipping and handling charges in your area. Local taxes Nebraska taxes apply. Shipping will be provided within 5 business days after order is received. If you do not receive your order within 14 days after shipped please contact us in order to tract the merchandise.

Damaged Goods:
If any item is damaged during delivery it must be taken to the shipper ( USPS or UPS). The report must be filed by YOU . The receipt and a copy of the report must be returned to us within 3 days of receipt of the item in order to receive a refund or have the item replaced.
